Cancellation Policy
Scheduling The client schedules all lessons. Please check the calendar for lesson availability. If you have ordered a package and would like to sign up for classes weekly at the same time, simply click on the time, that is desired, for each week. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel a session, please contact Lingua More 48 hours in advance and we would be happy to reschedule you. We understand that life happens! So we do not charge a cancellation fee if you have rescheduled and submitted payment before your original lesson. Refunds There are no refunds for any cancellations for any lessons or packages. We do offer rescheduling for no charge. Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled, which means payments for missed lessons are not reusable, refundable, or transferable. Payments Payments for lessons and packages must be made at least one week in advance, before the first session. Individual Lessons Individual lessons can vary in pricing starting from $35 per hour to $50 per hour for Adults. For Youth, lessons can only be booked through packages. Packaged Lessons Adult package offer at 15% percent discount from standard base lesson amount. Youth packages are also available. Both can be booked using our website. Contract Agreement Language learning can be a fun and engaging adventure! The most successful learners dedicate as much time as possible to improving their reading, listening, writing, and speaking skills during and outside lessons. It may take 1 year or 10 years for you to achieve your language learning goals. Your level of success is entirely up to the amount of time and effort you dedicate to perfecting your language craft.
